For cancellation of soy-rapeseed amendments, which cancel the VAT refund to Ukrainian exporters, which is detrimental to the development of small and medium-sized producers of these products, deputies have to vote this week. Such a statement was made by the People’s Deputy from the “Servant of the People”, member of the Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Oleksiy Ustenko.
“For the second reading, they have drafted bill No. 1210, which returns VAT refunds to farmers. We have voted and included in the second reading an amendment that removes the discriminatory standards provided by so-called rapeseed edits. This is to ensure that farmers are able to sell their produce freely and that VAT refunds are distributed to everyone. On Monday, January 13, the tax committee has already considered and supported the amendments to Bill 1210. I think it will be adopted in the 2nd reading this week, ”Ustenko said.
